Legal Secretary

Responsibilities:
-
Having good knowledge in corporate legal, agreement, handling & monitoring licenses, permits
-
Able to handle wide range of legal related matters ranging from general corporate, commercial, company licenses, and regulatory compliance of the company
-
Review corporate and commercial agreements as well as provide professional advice on related matters
-
Prepare correspondence and legal document if needed
-
Maintain document systems to track of legal filling
Requirements:
-
S1 degree in Accounting / Finance / Legal with GPA min 3.00
-
Female, Max 35 years old
-
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
-
Good analytical thinking, systematic, and detailed oriented person
-
Mandarin speaking is advantageous
-
Excellent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and oral)
-
Willing to work at Jl. M.H.Thamrin, Jakarta
