Our company, PT Anugerah Bara Kemilau, is an Indonesian trading company, with a special interest in coal trading. Our business is growing. Our head office is in Central Jakarta, but our operational office is in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. As we are pursuing our expansion programs, we need to recruit a number of people, who are professional, highly potential, and have a high standard of skills, to fill the positions as follows:
1. Administration Executives (3 positions)
Criteria:
* Female, between 25 and 30 years old.
* Education D3 or S1 of all subjects.
* Having working experiences of three years in the same job.
* Understand correct filling system.
* Able to archive documents completely and appropriately.
* Having enough knowledge on contract agreements.
* Fluency in English and Mandarin languages will be prioritized.
* Able to operate computer system (MS Words, MS Excel).
* Highly disciplined, dynamic, and able to work efficiently.
* Having a working experience in mining sector will be prioritized.
2. Data Entry (2 positions)
Criteria:
* Female of between 25 and 28 years old.
* Education: D1 or D3 of all disciplines
* Having an experience of about two years in doing the data entry .
* Able to operate computer system (Ms Words, Ms Excel, Power Point).
* Having a working experience in mining sector will be prioritized.
* Highly discipline, dynamic, and able to work effectively and efficiently.
3. Receptionist (1 position)
Criteria:
* Female of between 25 and 30 years old.
* Education: D1 or D3 of all disciplines
* Having an experience of working as a receptionist for about three years.
* Having an experience of working in hotels will be prioritized.
* Fluency in speaking and writing English and Mandarin is an advantage.
* Attractive personality
* Dynamic, friendly, and highly communicative.
* Able to operate computer system (Ms Words, Ms Excel)
* Having knowledge on data entry
