o Experiences: Corporate real estate space planning, preferably with previous experince as real estate consultant or working in oil and gas specialized in this job for min 3-5 years
o Skills/ Knowledge: Space Planning, Real estate management
• Personalities: outgoing personalities
• Language: English (with TOEFL or TOEIC proof)
• Computer literate: Ms. Office
2. Service Title: Claim & Land Recovery Officer
• Working Location: Balikpapan city
• Working Schedule 5:2
• Duration & Period:
o Star Date of Service: Immediate need
• Candidate Profile:
o Service performer required: 1 (One)
o Maximum Place of Hire: Jakarta
• Qualification Profile
o Educational Background : S1 Legal, Fishery, Social & Comm. Sciences
o Experiences: Min 3 years or more
o Skills/ Knowledge: Good negotiation and communication
o Personalities: Highly motivated and proactive. Hard worker & able to work under pressure.
• Language: English language proficiency is a must.
• Computer literate: Ms. Office
3. Service Title: Power Plant Supervisor
• Duration & Period:
o Star Date of Service: Immediate need
o End Date of Service: End Of Contract
• Qualification Profile
o Educational Background : S1 from Electrical Engineering
o Experiences: Min 5 years as Power Plant Engineering
o Skills/ Knowledge: Familiar with engine diesel generator, power transformer, switch gear, PLC and UPS operation and maintenance with troubleshooting, understand with electrical one line diagram
• Personalities: has good leadership, ethic and integrity, fast action and costumer commitment
• Language: English (with TOEFL or TOEIC proof)
• Computer literate: Ms. Office
