Requirement:
• Min 7 years experience, prefer as Project Secretary in Oil & Gas Company
• Secretarial Academy /Business Studies/ Management background
• Attractive, good performance, adaptable
• Willing to work overtime and under pressure
• Careful and consistent
• Excellent in communication with internal and external relations
• Excellent in performs secretarial and office support practices , procedures and office management,
• Fluent in English both oral and writing
• Fast typing, good in maintains filing system, taking dictation, transcribing, and scheduling.
• Good in making composition and format of correspondence, memos, forms, and informational materials.
• Quick, Confident, Detailed, Hard worker, proactive, and dead-line fulfillment oriented.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
