NOC Officer
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:
- Day to day manage core network and last mile of triple play network equipment: Router, Firewall, MSAN, DSLAM Access Switch
- Receive trouble ticket /enquiries follow up and provide solution for 2nd level support
- Monitoring Network, Conduct preventive & Corrective maintenance
- Create security policy and document all security aspect
- Motivate, train, Develop, Appraise and provide product knowledge training to team member
Requirements:

Academic / Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor Degree from Telecomunication/ Computer/ Informatics

Working Experience :
- 1 years in the same position

Expertise / Skills / Language :
- ADSL, Access Switch, router,computer skill, internet
- Troubleshoot analysis skill
- Have experienced to configured Alcatel Lucent
- English proficiency: good in reading and writing is mandatory, good speaking is an advantage
