Responsibilities:

  • Managing Finance and Accounting Department
  • Oversees all F&A activities including banking and liquidity management. Ensures the strategies comply with relevant statutes, regulations, and policies.
  • Assist management in the development of the strategic direction for and administration of investment, funding, hedging, and liquidity management strategies
  • Supervises assigned personnel, allocates work and makes decisions regarding employment, performance appraisals, training and development, promotions, termination and transfers, with coordination with HR Department.
  • Contributes to strategic planning, supports corporate initiatives, and keeps abreast of critical issues in other divisions/groups.
  • Strives to achieve maximum customer satisfaction within the guidelines and regulations of the financial industry.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): finance management, customer account management, business administration, decision making, accounting and financial analysis, Team Leader And Motivator.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing F&A with around 30 staffs
  • Demonstrated high level of leadership and managerial skills with a minimum of 5 years prior supervisory/management experience.
  • Demonstrated extensive background in the financial area including financial analysis, financial reporting, asset/liability management and portfolio management
  • Strong ability to improve organizational performance by using effective interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Semarang.
  • Preferably CEO /GM / Director / Senior Managers specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
