Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent from overseas university
- At least 3 years of working experience as Secretary to Director
- Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
- Reliable, excellent initiative and interpersonal skills, combined with strong planning and organizing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Good command both spoken & written English
- Able to speak Chinese will be an advantage
- Can join immediately
