Accountant
Sumatera Utara - Medan
Responsibilities:
Maintaining full set of accounts (GL, AP and AR)
Reconciling and filing of monthly/quarterly/yearly income tax, withholding tax and
VAT.
Preparing monthly management reports: Balance Sheet, Trading, Profit and Loss
Account, Budget Analysis reports, Cash Flow Report, Tax Report and Submission
PPN, PPH, etc.
To maintain proper filing system
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and
procedures.
Reconciles accounting discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Possess strong Management and leadership in finance and accounting practices.
Good analytical skills.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting from a reputable university.
Minimum 5 years experience in accounting/auditing.
Good knowledge of all local accounting functions and related internal controls,
including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, inventory, audit and
taxation.
Good command of MS Office application.
Good command in English, both oral and written.
Good attitude, details oriented, accurate, diligent, flexible with good interpersonal &
communication skills.
Stress tolerance
Self motivated person & good team player
Must know PPN, PPH and government tax.
