Production Manager (PM - JS)
Banten
Requirements:
-
Male, max. 40 years old.
-
Min. Bachelor degree from Chemical Engineering.

Will be responsible for the plant manufacturing operations, improving operation productivity, efficiency and quality.

Will be responsible for planning and determining production targets and ensure achievement of targets determined by the Company Objective
-
Must have min. 8 years experience in manufacturing industry, preferably in chemical/ ceramics / plastic industries with 4 years as Production Manager.
-
Experienced with ISO 9001 & 5R.
-
Have Strong leadership, shopfloor, good team work, planning, problem solving, and communication with hands-on management style in leading more than 300 production team members.
-
Mandarin is highly advantageous.
-
Preferably live in Tangerang Area
-
Willing to be placed in either Cikupa or Bitung (Tangerang)
