Currently our client a multinational operator company in Oil and Gas industry in Indonesia requires several positions for their project as below:
1. Offshore Pipeline Engineer (Indonesian National)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor in Engineering or Technical Science
• Minimum 12 years in Offshore Pipeline Engineering preferably in concept select and FEED engineering within the Oil and Gas industry, including minimum 5 years in a project lead/management role in deepwater (500m or greater water depth) pipeline engineering within a pipeline engineering consultancy. Experience in offshore pipeline installation is desirable.
Responsibilities:
• Provide pipeline engineering expertise and technical support to the project planning processes of the Project Asset Full Field Development activities
• Provide pipeline engineering expertise and participate in planning, managing, and reviewing the engineering work performed by the engineering consultant for the offshore pipelines
• Ensure that overall technical integrity of pipelines design promises, design, structural and flow assurance behavior meet the project requirements and industry best practice
• Provide pipeline engineering expertise in the HSE related studies
• Provide pipeline engineering expertise and assistance to Senior Cost Engineer in the cost planning
• Providing support to Senior Cost Engineer in planning, monitoring, and controlling annual budget
• Monitor the progress of the engineering consultant. Provide guidance and input data to the engineering consultant and participate in workshops organized by the engineering consultant
• Interface with the company”s project team members to provide pipeline related technical data, assist team members with the work associated to offshore pipelines
2. FLNG Process Engineer (Indonesian National)
Qualifications:
• University Degree in Process Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 12 years experience in LNG process engineering specifically in Front End Concept Select Design & Engineering / Detailed Design, Preferably including FLNG, upstream facility, and/or gas treatment experience.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Process Engineering expertise support within the Full Field Development Team to enable Concept Select Screening works associated with evaluation of FLNG options.
• Contribute expertise in considerations related to mechanical, electrical, fabrication, installation, operations and maintenance.
• Review design work to ensure it meets industry standards and regulations (including Indonesian Regulations), and is consistent with the project objectives of safety, operability, reliability, cost effectiveness.
• Provide Process Engineering expertise in the HSE related studies.
• Provide Process Engineering expertise and assistance to Senior Cost Engineer in the cost planning.
• Providing support to Senior Cost Engineer in planning, monitoring and controlling annual budget.
3. Logistic Engineer (Indonesian National)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Minimum 12 years in major Green Field Onshore Oil & Gas Developments including knowledge of Early Works / Construction Camps and MOF facailities in support of an LNG plant.
Responsibilities:
• Provide logistics engineering expertise and administrative support for the project planning processes of the Project Asset Full Field development activities
• Provide engineering expertise and participate in the processes of planning all Logistics/Early Construction Studies
• Ensure that the engineering/design of all facilities is safe to construct.
• Continuously review, manage, monitor and control LNG Implementation plans to ensure a consistent and cost effective approach.
• Provide proper input into all Logistics related deliverables.
• Provide proper input into the HSE related studies.
• Provide expertise and assistance to Senior Cost Engineer in the cost planning
• Providing support to Senior Cost Engineer in planning, monitoring and controlling annual budget
4. Naval Architect (Indonesian National)
Qualifications:
• University Degree in Naval Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 12 years experience in Offshore Oil & Gas facilities specifically in Front End Concept Select Design & Engineering / Detailed Design of Floating production systems (FPSO, FSO, FLNG, TLP, SPAR, Semi-Sub). Experience with construction of hulls in South East Asian construction yards / a ship yard is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Naval Architect / Marine Engineering expertise support within the Full Field Development Team to enable Concept Select Screening works associated with evaluation of multiple Offshore Facility options.
• Contribute expertise in considerations related to process, mechanical, electrical, fabrication, installation, operations and maintenance.
• Review design work to ensure it meets industry standards and regulations (including Indonesian Regulations), and is consistent with the project objectives of safety, operability, reliability, cost effectiveness.
• Provide Naval Architect / Marine Engineering expertise in the HSE related studies.
• Provide Naval Architect / Marine Engineering expertise and assistance to Senior Cost Engineer in the cost planning.
• Providing support to Senior Cost Engineer in planning, monitoring and controlling annual budget.
• Ensure own performance and professional competency growth.
• Control own works expenditure.
• Ensure compliance of own works to existing laws, regulations and company”s Health, Safety and Environment standard procedures and practices.
