CONSRUCTION MANAGER
(Will be place at: East Kalimantan)
Plan, develop, implement and improve Construction system and Standart operating procedures in order to support all projects in term of technical services expertise for optimizing companysoperation.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree, preferably in civil engineering or equivalent.
2. With at least 6years experience and minimum 2 years in managerial position (experience at mining company will be preferable.
3. Excellent communication both in English & Indonesian.
4. Outstanding analysis skills.
5. Strong capability / exposure in managerial
Responsibilities:
1. Control, monitor and liaise with Project Managers to foster efficient operations through competent Technical services skills and disciplines.
2. Control, monitor and liaise with project manager in communicate ideas, systems, designs, procedures and standards operation to ensure the adherence of those new policies.
3. Develop and monitor monthly reporting format for the Mining business line and coordinate the timely completion by all Project Managers to ensure monthly reporting timeliness and conform with standard format.
4. Provide support to all tenders / proposals prepared by the Mining business line to ensure the reliability of all tenders / proposals prior to submission.
5. Coach and mentor of technical support staff and key national staff in order to assist them understand and manage the technical implications within contracts.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER and QA - QC ENGINEER
(Will be place at: East Kalimantan)
Perform, direct and control the mechanical design of material handling systems by providing leadership and support to the people in the unit to ensure that schedules, budgets and man hours are achieved comply with company and client standards and procedures.
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
2. Min. 3 years experiences in Mechanical Materials Handling and Piping, Process Design, and Process Engineering
3. Strong leadership, analytical thinking
4. Excellence computer skill
Responsibilities:
1. Analyse and review the quality of estimates produced by the disciplines to ensure Engineering estimates are accurate, complete and deliver on time.
2. Perform, plan, direct and review design activities produced by the disciplines to ensure designs are fit for purpose comply with budget, client and industry specifications in timely manner delivered.
3. Develop and maintain resources including coordinate the allocation of design work within the discipline group to ensure timely and efficient production of quality designs
4. Control and coordinate the development of new ideas, methods and innovative designs through the application of quality, competitive mechanical and piping engineering in order to improve the company s marketability, efficiency and profitability.
5. Establish and review timely progress report for Mechanical engineering activities for further analyse by Engineering Manager.
6. Maintain and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements
7. Establish to maintain and manage all stake-holders interests to ensure harmonious and cooperative relationships in industrial relations, community relations and staff welfare/career development in all aspects of the project.
SAFETY SUPERVISOR
(Will be place at: East Kalimantan)
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree
2. Min. 2 years experiences in safety officer
3. Strong leadership, analytical thinking
4. Excellence computer skill
5. Hardworking, fast learner, multitasking, well organized and be able to work independently as well as in a team
6. Safety management system
7. Technical report writing/synthesis
8. knowledge of regulatory requirements
9. Have a good leadership and communication, both in Bahasa or English
Responsibilities:
1. Provide HS&E management information, advice and assistance to all staff to ensure safe, healthy and accident free work environments and the compliance with the company HS&E policy and procedures and legislative requirements
2. Have a good leadership and communication, both in Bahasa or English
3. Conduct the jobs related to responsibility to respect the HSE policies, Code of Conduct and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
4. Issue periodical report, statistic, Table de bord to maintain accurate information to respective parties
5. Monitor follow up and update all actions from any incidents in Synergi database to ensure proper handling of all related safety report matters
Electrical Engineer
(Will be place at: East Kalimantan)
Requirements:
1. Min. Bachelor degree
2. Min. 2 years experiences in the same position
3. Strong leadership, analytical thinking
4. Excellence computer skill
5. Familiar with material handling works, thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience with electrical calculations and applications a must.
6. Safety management system
7. Good understanding the standard rule or the Electrical & Instrument
8. Have a good leadership and communication, both in Bahasa or English
Human Resources
(Will be place at: East Kalimantan)
Requirements:
1. Female max 30 years old
2. Min. 2 years experiences in the same position
3. Strong conceptual and sharp analytical thingking
4. Good administration and comunication skill
5. Multi tasking and determine to achieve target
7. Strong computer literate (words, excel, power point etc)
8. Have a good leadership and communication, both in Bahasa or English
Administartion

2. Min. 1 years experiences in the same position (fresh graduate are welcome)

Mine Engineer
(Will be place at: East Kalimantan)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineer
2. Min 2 years of experience in mining (fresh graduate are welcome)
3. Knowledgeable in operating mining programs software, such as :Minescape, Surpac, minexetc
4. Proficient in survey instruments, etc
5. Computer literate
6. Good team-working skills
7. Good command in English both oral and written
8. Hold a POP (PengawasOperasionalPertama) Mining Indonesia competency certificate is an advantage.
