1. Service Title: Piping Construction Supervisor
• Working Location: SPU (OFFSHORE)
• Working Schedule 2:2
• Duration & Period:
o Star Date of Service: Immediate need
o End Date of Service: End Of OA
• Candidate Profile:
o Service performer required: 4 (Four)
o Maximum Place of Hire: Jakarta
• Qualification Profile
o Educational Background :S1 from Mechanical
o Experiences: Oil and Gas Industry for min. 4 years
o Skills/ Knowledge: Piping/Mechanical, Having experience work in TOTAL environment is advantage, supervisiory/having sertificate that relates construction is advantage
• Personalities: Easygoing, accurate, through, minutely good reporting, communicative, able to convince and control our contractor, willing to journey, no handicap on sea/high environment
• Language: English (with TOEFL or TOEIC proof)
• Computer literate: Ms. Office & SAP
2. Service Title: Project HR Manager
• Working Location: Balikpapan city
• Working Schedule 5:2
• Duration & Period:
o Star Date of Service: Immediate need
• Candidate Profile:
o Minimum: 30 years old; maximum: 45 years old.
o Service performer required: 1 (One)
o Maximum Place of Hire: Jakarta
• Qualification Profile
o Educational Background :S1 from Management, Law, Phycology
o Experiences: HR Manager for min 5 years
o Skills/ Knowledge:
□ Familiar to manage the day to day activities from the human resources departmental.
□ Knowledge of project management,
□ Excellent knowledge of Manpower regulation and law,
□ Various regulations governing for manpower in Indonesia,
□ Good sense for industrial relations, potential dispute,
□ Knowledgeable in HRIS Systems and implementation / Payroll and taxes.
o Personalities: Leadership potential, as well as familiarity with practices is required. Highly motivated and proactive. Hard worker & able to work under pressure.
• Language: English language proficiency is a must.
• Computer literate: Ms. Office
