Senior Associate, Sales (Wholesale)

Responsibilities

* Serve assigned field customers and fulfill objectives, strategies and sales tactics to ensure target achievements
* By implementing commercial and marketing strategies within field customer
* Ensure reliable and cost efficient supply of products for field customers to secure efficiency
* By following operations guidelines
* Build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with key decision takers on highest possible levels.
* Facilitate customer meetings as necessary
* Align internal commercial and marketing organization by frequent updates
* Input Visual Merchandising needs and door opening schedule to Retail/ Trade Marketing
* Work with the business development function for distribution expansion in the assigned area
* Assist the credit function in credit related issues of assigned accounts

Requirements:

* Min 5 year sales experience (FMCG) (Sport business)
* Sales Data excellent / distribution report DSR, CSC, CST
* Fluent in MS Office (excel)
* Have driving license A
* Able to work in Other City
* Good communication / negotiation skill

Associate, Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities:

* Timely and impactful implementation of campaign, promotion, event, CRM program according to Country Retail Calendar.
* Manage VM together with the VM expert in adidas stores/areas, formulate action plan on VM improvements and measure its result.
* Regularly rollout VM trainings to store staffs and measuring its effectiveness
* Provide feedback reports from VM field trips to the relevant people; Sales, Retail, GTM team
* Lead projects if assigned

Requirements:

* 1 year similar experience, fresh graduates also welcome
* Able to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
* Able to travel
* Fluent in English
