We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
1. Failure Analyst ( 754309)
- Graduate from Technical High School / Diploma / degree from Mechanical Engineering,
- Minimum of 2 years experiences as Failure Analyst in Heavy Equipment Maintenance of all component TRACK equipment, drill & pump.
- Having Analytical and logical thinking, strong initiative and attention to detail
- Tertiary education from relevant degree / recognized Mechanical engineering qualifications.
- Have experience in Training area in mining industry practice with minimum of 1 year experiences.
- Strong leadership skill; performance driven with capability of managing relationship and develop others.
3. Senior Supervisor – Plant (774596)
- Recognized Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications. Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential.
- Minimum of 5 year experiences as Mechanic Supervisor;
- Should has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry;
- Planning of mechanical repair; have previously worked to budgets;
- Having strong motivation, able to lead, organize and provide direction to employees, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
- Recognized Trade and / or mechanical engineering Qualifications. Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential.
- Minimum of 5 year experiences as Foreman or Lead Hand Mechanic;
- Should has experienced in heavy equipment mechanical repair, planning of mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry;
- Having strong motivation, able to lead, organize and provide direction to employees, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
- Recognized Trade and / or Electrical engineering Qualifications. Experienced in mining heavy industries is essential.
- Minimum of 5 year experiences as Foreman or Lead Hand Auto Electric;
- Should has experienced in heavy equipment auto electrical repair, planning of auto electrical repair and supervision in the mining industry;
- Having strong motivation, able to lead, organize and provide direction to employees, supportive, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
- Have relevant tertiary degree in Engineering background especially in Environmental Engineering.
- Minimum experience for 5 years in Environmental Engineering Civil (Mining-preferable) for water, air, solid waste, hazardous material and hazardous waste and Environmental Management Plan.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in ISO14001 and auditing, people management and client/customer relations,
- Proficient in presentation/communication skills, MS Office and Desktop Publishing Package, ISO9001, ISO14001 and auditing, Project Management.
- Able communicate in English and computer literacy.
- Certificate in Mobile Crane Class 1, Overhead Crane, Forklift, Crane Truck and other lifting equipment would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years experience within the mining and/or construction industry as a mobile crane operator with Lifting equipment s OHS Licence (SIO) class I including other lifting support equipment: crane truck, overhead crane, forklift, telehandler and elevated work platform.
- Should ready travel to site.
- Good communication and computer literacy.
- Min. Diploma in formal health safety and environmental education will be an advantage.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training; & POP (Pratama) certificate.
- Minimum of 3 years experience within the mining and/or construction industry as a HSE trainer/safety officer/ member of rescue team.
- Should ready travel to site.
- Good communication and computer literacy.
- Have relevant tertiary degree in transportation or logistic.
- At least 3 years experiences in logistic export import.
- Have certification of Customs Clearance Brokerage.
- Knowing customs regulation.
- Communicative and computer literacy.
10. Operator Crane (660567)
- Hold SIM B-2 and SIO Disnaker class III / II / I or SIO Migas (A/B/C).
- Willing to be tested in Balikpapan and located in Kalimantan Project.
- Able to operate various type of mobile Crane.
- Minimum graduate from Senior High School.
General Qualification:
- Good communication skill in English (verbal & written) and Bahasa.
- Highly self-motivated and able to influence / motivate, coaching/mentoring skills, initiative and team player.
- Skill in computer literacy.
- Interaction internal / external parties, diligent, Initiative, team work, loyal, willing to work at job site & good moral character.
- Will be based at Kalimantan.
