Requirements:
- Bachelor/ Master Graduates from reputable university, with excellent academic record
- Maximum 1 year working experience
- Active in organization or any social activities
- Having sound communication skills in English (both oral and written) and Bahasa Indonesia
- Willing to travel and located all around Indonesia
- Experience in developing and conducting related training programs
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor Degree (S1) from any discipline
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in FMCG company/ Commercial Banking
- Possess a good personality and attitude
- Strong sales management, selling, marketing, account development, merchandising, and business acumen skill
- Have a good orientation to excellence and problem solving
- Customer oriented person
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bahasa and English are a must
Requirements:
- Holding minimum bachelor degree from well-known university and has an excellent communications skill both verbal and written in English
- Demonstrating a good common sense in understanding in relevant business issues, and able to assimilate and apply in timely manner new job information that may vary in complexity
- Having an excellent work management skills in establishing a course of action to accomplish specific goals, planning proper assignments of personnel and appropriate allocation of resources, taking action to monitor processes, tasks or activities, and keeping track of delegated tasks and assignments
- Able to accurately check the processes and result of a task and maintain stable performance under pressure
- Indicate as a reliable person, proactive, open, honest, and cooperative
- Possess 1-8 years experience as a business system implementor, project team leader, project manager or IT application analyst would be a minimal acceptable qualification and experience working in IS/IT department and have strong knowledge in any of the business processes sales & marketing, human resources, manufacturing and logistics or finance
- Having ERP knowledge (SAP or Oracle) would be advantageous

Responsibilities:
In brief, the incumbent will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Responsible for coordination, implementation of process and outcomes of manufacturing and logistics functions planning, budgeting, and periodic forecasting to ensure appropriate management of CCA funds and the proper allocation of resources to meet business demands
- Manage the provision of accounting information and consolidation to regional manufacturing & logistics team, national office supply chain function and the Finance function
- Effectively control the provision of information in the spending of company funds and utilization of assets, providing regular, accurate and timely information as required by the business
- Monitor spending and processes to ensure costs are maintained to agreed budget levels
- Ensure compliance to CCA controls and process across functional areas via managing regular audits, reviewing cost anomalies, identifying trends and communicating to business partners the methodology and procedures that exist
- Take responsibility for providing and managing a work environment that is safe and without risk to health by ensuring OHS policy, plans, procedures, induction, training and work instructions are followed. Ensure that hazard management including identification, assessment and control are undertaken
In charge for such pivotal functions, ideally the successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Holding a minimum of Bachelor degree from Economics / Management / Accounting or any other relevant disciplines
- Having a minimum of 2 years experience in commercial or finance environment such as Costing/ Factory Accountant/Cost Accountant
- Core Competencies required: Orientation to Excellence, Customer Orientation, Communication & Influencing, Problem Solving, and Collaboration
- Leadership Competencies required: Planning & Executing
- Technical Competencies required:
- P/L Statements, Balance Sheets, Cashflow statements
- Spreadsheeting to moderate level
- Systems knowledge of Oracle, SAP, other
