Relationship Management Development Program (RMDP) Trainee

Responsibilities:

• We are seeking people who are not only smart, also confident and self motivated, persistent and resilient in influencing other and always hungry for new target / business.
• This Program is for fresh graduates with at least bachelor degree (S1) and aspire to have an exciting banking career. You will be trained intensively for 3 (three) months to help you becoming a professional business banker which consist of product knowledge, credit management, relationships development and professional sales development.

Requirements:

• Education: minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major;
• GPA (min) 2.5 out of 4.0;
• Age: Max 25 Years (S1), 27 years (S2).
• Energetic, meticulous, and initiative
• Patient, hard working and full dedicated
