RESERVOIR ENGINEER – (code : Rec-RES)
Qualification & Experience: 

• Having 5 year experience in reservoir studies, well testing design & analysis, development Plan and Field Optimization both in oil and gas field
• Familiar with oil and gas operation
• Fast learner and have a good team work spirit
• Possess a bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university majoring in Petroleum Engineering
• Good knowledge and possess competency in reservoir engineering software including simulation and well testing software
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good conceptual & analytical thinking
• Good interpersonal skills and working attitude
• Good communication and presentation skills

COMPENSATION AND BENEFIT ANALYST (code  : Rec-COM ) 
Qualification & Experience: 

• Having 2 years of experience in compensation and benefit, (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
• Able to Think Reasonable and Systematic
• Knowledge in Compensation and Benefit Management
• Have the required Knowledge in Human Resources
• Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university, preferably with majoring in Mathematics, Statistic, Informatics, or other relevant fields
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Good Computer Skills (MsWord, Powerpoint, and excellent in excel)
• Good Statistic Basic Skills, Data Analysis, and Survey
• Good Communication and Human Relation Skills
• Have Sufficient Knowledge about Labor Law, Government Regulation, And CLA (Collective Labor Agreement).
• Have Sufficient Knowledge in Planning and Budgeting

Senior Geologist Coal Specialist 

. A degree (S1) or higher in Geological or Mining exploration from reputable University or Institute
· Middle level Experience in discovery and exploration role in coal (7-10 years)
· Experienced as a Project Leader
· Experienced in coal exploration using JORC
· Certified Competence of Indonesian Mining Inspector (POU/POM/POP) would be an advantage
· Willing at site assignment periodically
· Team Oriented, Self motivated, and ability to priorities work
· Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skill. Able to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in organization
· Proficiency in MS Office, GIS, Mincom & Exploration Software
· Fluent in English both oral and written is a must
