As Project Control Manager you are overall responsible for organising and directing the project team to complete the project. Your main tasks and accountabilities are:
1. Shall keep management informed of the progress of the Work
2. Shall prepare a CPM project schedule and monitor the schedule to identify the resources required to keep the project on schedule
3. Shall analyze the schedule to identify potential areas of slippage and the required corrective action
4. Shall be responsible for all planning and control for the full duration of the Work”

1. Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
2. Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
3. Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
4. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
5. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
6. Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.

The major duties and responsibilities of project control engineer are controlling the progress of the project, ensuring resource availability and allocating the same, coordinating with various departments and external agencies, and reporting.

Full Description :
1. Prepares estimates of costs, materials, and time to complete for new projects (Pipeline/ Structure/ Civil).
2. Performs field surveys, prepares bid packets, and bidder lists for engineering and Pipeline/Structure/Civil services needed to complete the project.
3. Evaluates bid responses and recommends the selection of external contractors to complete the project.
4. Coordinates the process for selection material and service vendors.
5. Creates requisitions or purchase orders for materials and services to complete the project and monitors their timely delivery to the construction site.
6. Develops drain down and refill procedures and communicates the procedure to affected parties.
7. Monitors the costs and schedule of a construction project and takes corrective actions to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and under budget.
8. Compiles information and prepares reports regarding the status of projects.
9. Negotiates right-of-way claims with landowners to resolve right-of-way concerns associated with construction projects or erosion on the pipeline.
10. Investigates new technology to assist in more efficient problem-solving solutions.
11. Prepares estimates and authorizations for expenditure for capital and expense projects to define cost boundaries for budgeting and project funding.

5. PROCUREMENT SPECIALIS
Full Description :
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and administering procurement functions, including solicitation, issuance and evaluation; purchasing of all commodities, services and construction; and maintenance of vendor databases. Incumbents perform work requiring considerable independence, initiative and judgment to resolve a variety of complex procurement problems. Performs related duties as assigned. Supervision is received from a Procurement Supervisor. This is a competitive classification.

3. Working Experience Minimum 7 Years in Oil and Gas, as Procurement Specialist (Pipeline/Structure/Civil/Construction/Fabrication)

6. SITE MANAGER
Full Description :
As Site Manager you are overall responsible for organising and directing the project team to complete the project. Your main tasks and accountabilities are:
1. Managing a project from set-up to handover and evaluation
2. Safeguarding project complementation on time, within budget and in accordance with contract specifications
3. Setting up a project plan and establishing a project team
4. Preparing and attending progress meetings with clients and/or representatives
5. Approving subcontracts, purchases above a certain nominal value, payments to third parties
6. Able to prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all partied involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget
7. Promoting continuous improvement of project results together with safety & quality standards
8. Compiling the projects’ ’close-out report’

3. Working Experience Minimum 5 – 7 Years in Oil and Gas, as Site Manager
GENERAL QUALIFICATION
1. Familiar with the work Pipeline, Construction/Fabrikasi, ASMI, API.
2. Excellent in field engineering support service as per mentioned scope of work
3. Able to operate the software of Microsoft (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Poin) and Email
4. Fluent in English, both writing and speaking. Excelence in writing report in english
5. Good team work and willing to Work Hard
6. Hard worker and high motivation
7. Can work under pressure and tight target
