Reswara is a subsidiary of ABM Investama (a member of Tiara Marga Trakindo & Group) and is positioned as a sub-holding integrated coal-mine company. We owns 99.99% of PT Tunas Inti Abadi (TIA), a medium-sized coal mine concession; and also owns 99.99% of PT Pelabuhan Buana Reja (PBR), a seaport terminal. We also owns 70% shares of PT Media Djaya Bersama (MDB) that fully owns 2 coal-mine concessions located in Aceh province under the name PT Bara Energi Lestari (BEL) and PT Mifa Bersaudara (MIFA). Total Reswara’s resources have reached 561 million tons and 221 million tons in reserves. Coal sales reached 4 million tons last year and is projected to increase to 6 million tons this year.

Business Process Analyst
(Jakarta-based, permanent position)

Scope of Works:

• Able to formulate business strategy and Balanced score card
• Able to acquire and analyze data using appropriate standard quantitative methods across different business environments to facilitate process analysis and improvements.
• Understands how the business processes support business and corporate strategies and objectives.
• Understands how the implemented applications and processes support the business processes models and enhances important business process diagrams
• Reviews the range of solutions available, and presents options and recommendations to the stakeholders on which ones to use.
• Determines and documents for the process owner the impacts of changes, and suggests policy, goal and rule changes.
• Communicates and translates the required capabilities and outcomes effectively between business process areas and supporting departments.
• Performs continuous reviews to align processes with changing business conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in any major with GPA min 2.75 out of 4.
• Prefer candidates who has previous related experience (2-3 years).
• Familiarity with cross-functional business processes
• Hands-on experience with process modeling, analysis and simulation tools
• Works well under pressure and keeps composure in stressful situations
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, and the ability to create original concepts on projects
• Ability to lead ownership transfer from project teams to the business
• Good communication skills and teamwork.



Contract Engineer
(Jakarta-based, temporary position)

Scope of Works:

• Review tender request and update checklist template in the system.
• Co-ordinate feedback session with the Estimator and Project Manager regarding key legal contract ramifications and issues concerning company.
• As necessary liaise with Legal Department and Risk Management for clarification and direction about legal aspects and liabilities, and requesting Client to provide amendments to the original contract.
• Prepare the summary matrix of contract clauses in the system for each and every single contract document before signing off.
• Liaise in conjunction with Project Manager review on contractual obligations and contract templates.
• In conjunction with Project Manager prepare and forward relevant notices within nominated time-frames.
• Prepare and liaise with subcontractors to ensure all relevant insurances are current and legal highlighting relevant issues specific to the job and if breaches of contract take place
• Update and maintain contract register highlighting payment conditions
• Investigate unpaid claims by client to establish responsibility, based on contract provisions or onsite errors
• In conjunction with LCEC minutes of meeting and Sn Mgt determine and agree relevant course of action for the unpaid claims, advising client as directed by Mgt Team
• Finalise claim investigation results and update information in the contract file system
• Investigate invoices for damage by others and establish whether company is liable for the damages and follow up and finalise the claim
• Assist and work with Senior Management on special project
• Provide coaching and training the Users/ Contract Sponsors/ Project Managers on how to use and complete the forms in line with the competitive bidding request, tender evaluation and award request, potential contract dispute report, etc.
• Verify any request from Clients in line with the request for competitive bidding, tender evaluation, contract award or any potential contract dispute before registered in Committee meeting agenda
• Prepare CC meeting agenda based on request received from Clients and forward the agenda to Committee members to confirm whether schedule meeting is quorum

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in any major, preferably in Engineering or Management.
• Prefer candidates who has previous related experience (2-3 years).
• Familiar with MS office
• Has deep analytical thinking and familiar with procurement process.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• GPA min 2.75 out of 4.
