PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) operates a coal mine in Sangatta East Kalimantan and is one of the largest export coal mines.PT. Kaltim Prima Coal once again wins the highest award, which is the Best Sustainability Report Overall in ISRA (Indonesian Sustainability Report Award) 2009 event, in December 2009, Jakarta. ISRA is an event initiated by the Indonesian Institute for Management Accounting (IAMI), the Indonesian Netherlands Association (INA), and the National Center for Sustainability Reporting (NCSR). The award was accepted directly by KPC Chief Operating Officer (COO), R UtoroSince its participation in ISRA 2007, KPC has received the award twice. The first award was achieved in 2007; KPC received the Best Sustainability Reporting Award. The next year, KPC received the runner up position. However, the best citation once again was achieved in 2009. Moreover, in ISRA 2009, KPC also received 2 more awards, they were The Best Sustainability Report for A category (Agriculture, Plantation, Mining and Basic Industry, and Chemicals Companies) and Commendation for Sustainability Reporting-Assurance Practices.

Requirements:

• Graduation Rate: Minimum Sarjana/S1
• Major: Public Health, Electrical Engineering, Geological Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering

Special Requirements:

• Hold an S1/S2 degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Geology or Occupational Health and Safety.
• Not older than 25 years (for S1) or 28 years (for S2) of age in the year of admittance.
• Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 grade scale (for S1) or 3.25 on a 4.0 grade scale (for S2)
• Pass psychological test.
• Pass technical test.
• Proficient in English (minimum at Intermediate level).
• Pass medical test.

* Proven experience in Standards, HAZOP and HSE knowledge and management

Mechanical Technicians (MT)

Qualifications:

* Technical High School (SMK)
* Min 5 years post trade qualifications experience in the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical plants or similar industries
* Mechanical qualifications (Fitting, Rotating Equipment, etc) and experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical plants or similar industries

Senior Electrical & Instrument Engineer (SEIE)

Qualifications:

* Electrical Engineering or Physics Engineering Degree
* Min 10 years experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical plant operation or similar industries
* Substantial experience in a variety of Electrical & Instrument including operations, maintenance, project management and design
* Proven experience in Standards, HAZOP, HSE knowledge and management

Electrical & Instrument Planner (EIP)

Qualifications:

* Engineer or Diploma in Electrical
* Min 10 years post qualification experience in EI Facilitation/Planning, at least 5 years post trade qualification experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical industry or similar industries in the operations/maintenance of EI systems
* E/I Planning qualification and skills in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical plant or similar industries
* SAP PM or equivalent CMMS planning experience

Electrical & Instrument Supervisor (EIS)

Qualifications:

* Diploma or Technical High School (SMK) or trade qualification in Electrical and Instrumentation
* Min of 5 years experience for Diploma or 10 years post trade qualification experience for SMK in leading Maintenance/Reliability team with oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical plant or similar industries
* EI qualification and experience leading teams in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical plant and similar industries

Electrical & Instrument Technicians (EIT)

Qualifications:

* Diploma or Technical High School (SMK) in Electrical or Instrumentation
* Minimum 5 years post trade qualification experience in the operation and maintenance of EI systems in oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical plant or similar industries

Stores Superintendent (SS)

Qualifications:

* Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Economic
* Min of 10 years experience in Stores & Purchasing Management
* SAP Experience is a must

General Requirements:

* Strong knowledge and commitment to SH & E Management
* Willing to learn and working independently
* Good time management and punctual
* Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to work in vary cultures
* Fluency in English both oral and written with minimum TOEFL score 450 or IELTS score 6.0
