Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Control and monitor the whole operation at Front Office Department and to ensure the standard of service had been implemented to achieve management goals.

Requirements:

  • Male / Female Max. 35 years old.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years experience as an FOM in a four star hotel or Asst. FOM in a 5 star hotel.
  • Good appearance.
  • Good communication.
  • Fluent in English will be an advantage
